Finding the department
Biomedical Science (BMS) is a growing department occupying all of the new Florey building and a large part of three others; the Alfred Denny, Firth Court and Addison buildings.
Centre for Cognition in Small Brains is located in the Alfred Denny building in B2 floor, rooms B218 (Lab1), B219 (Lab2) and B222 (offices).
The department is adjacent to Western Bank at the centre of the University campus. Close by are the Information Commons, the Students' Union and the main University Library.
The city centre can be reached in a 15 minute walk from the University. For directions travelling to and finding the department, there are general details and maps available from the University Travel page.
Car parking is available close to the department. If you are visiting on official business, contact the BMS office to arrange parking (bmsoffice@sheffield.ac.uk).
